Pelagonium crispum. (Lemon Scented Geranium)
Perhaps the most well known scented Pelagonium. These plants have leaves that when disturbed smell of lemons. Evergreen and simple to grow offering delicate pink flowers in summer.
These plants work well in semi shade in a cool but not cold environment. An east or west window, conservatory or glasshouse works well. South facing windows will be fine in winter but may overheat in summer. The plants otherwise have simple needs and are attractive as well as scented and work well as mosquito repellents.
The plants are fantastic in conservatories and glasshouses. Can be grown outdoors in mild areas but protect from frosts.
Comes as a young but healthy plant in a 7cm pot. Can be placed in desired location and simply potted on as it matures using a freedraining mix.
