Aeonium are a fantastic easy to grow plants which can be kept indoors in pots of dry free draining soil or outside in rockeries and containers anywhere they will not sit overly wet in winter.
They need minimal soil growing happily in scree beds and rockeries. They are drought tolerant and need minimal maintenance.
Tip top is the smallest aeonium to create offsets making a beautiful little clump
The colours react to sunlight so do lessen in intensity during the winter, different cultivars can look similar but once summer arrives they burst into showy patterns and shades of all kinds.
