Setosa is an unusual Echeveria in the sense that is it 'fluffy'. The leaves are fleshy and green yet look frosted white due to the protective hairs. They create a tall rosette with bright coloured flowers in summer.
Drought tolerant and high light tolerant. Keep protected from frost and they thrive on neglect. Pot on when pot is full and water sparingly.
This are easy low maintenance plants. Water very sparingly and never allow the plant to sit in water. Keep very dry during winter months. And keep in warm conditions in a strong sunny position. These are half hardy they can withstand light frosts if dry often found in mild coastal areas. However they do better as house of glasshouse plants.
Comes in a 7cm pot filling the pot with at least one rosette.
