Echeveria 'Lilaciana' (Hens & Chicks)
Echeveria's are succulents that form attractive clumps, of short-stemmed, tight rosettes. They are drought tolerant and can be grown in shallow containers. scree beds and rockeries in frost free areas.
Lilaciana has fleshy, lilac leaves with red edges which appear with the strong sunlight in summer. The flowers are large compared to the plant and have red calyces and yellow petals, giving them a two tone appearance. They appear in late spring.
This are easy low maintenance plants. Water only sparingly and never allow the plant to sit in water. Remove any dead leaves as the plant grows. And keep in warm conditions in a strong sunny position. These are half hardy they can withstand light frosts if dry often found in mild coastal areas. However they do better as house of glasshouse plants.
Comes in a 7cm pot.
