Cammassia are tall flowering spring perennials. Described before as bluebells on steriods. The tall flower stems offer fantastic height interest in beds and borders. These offer hardy clump forming early flowering colour and interest.
This cultivar is a clump-forming, bulbous perennial, growing to about 30cm tall, with mid-green, grass-like leaveswith narrow cream borders. In late spring and early summer, upright stems bear a dense spike of rich blue, star-shaped flowers, up to 7cm across
These naturalise well and come back year after year.
H4 hardy, best in full sun, easy to grow simply plant and enjoy.
