A hardy deciduous shrub in the honeysuckle family but with sweet edible fruits that are like an elongated blueberry
These are one of the first plants to crop in summer and a very sweet tasty fruit great raw or cooked or made into jams
propagated vegetatively so guarantees the cultivar and will fruit as early as the first summer with crops increasing yearly.
Once established crops can be large but thankfully these preserve well. As jams & jellies or freeze them for use later in the year.
Plants are sent as healthy rooted plants propagated from our own healthy heavy cropping stock to guarantee good healthy plants with sweet fruits. They are approximately 20cm tall and ready to be planted out.
