This one is a fantastic plant for bees butterflies and for us to look at.
It Produces Nectar and Pollen for Short and Long-tongued Bumblebees, Honeybees and Butterflies. If growing in sufficient quantity it is a honey plant producing a dark, strong-flavoured honey. The flowers are pollinated by Bees.
Flowering time: June, July, August.

Upon arrival carefully unpack, water and allow a couple of days to settle in cool lightly shaded conditions before planting out. Water well until established after which little care is needed.
