Crassula multicava
Jade plants are well known for their low maintenance year round interest in pots and containers in sunny spots around the home.
Often seen in business's due to the Chinese belief that a crassula ovata by the door of a business will bring good fortune. Which is where the other common name 'money plant' comes from.
This is an unusual form with glossy wide mid green leaves. It has a semi rambling habit and does well both in the ground (if frost free) and containers. Unlike its more well known cousin multicava flowers more readily even at a small size and grown in the UK and the flowers often develop into little plantlets.
A great little plant that is rarely seen for sale here in the UK.
Comes in a 9cm pot.
Best kept in bright light in a warm position. Protect from frosts and freezing winds. Do not overwater, if in doubt dont with these. They are a drought tolerant plant. Great low maintenance, generally trouble free plant. Pot on when the plant outgrows its pot in a free draining cacti and succulent mix.
