Hemp Agrimony
A vigorous upright perennial with reddish stems, leaves palmately-divided into narrow leaflets, and dense terminal domed clusters of tiny light pink or purple flowers in late summer and early autumn. These plants are great as sculptural plants in beds and borders and also are fantastic for wildlife planting. The pollinators cant get enough.
Tall growing up to 1.5m in summer, dormant in winter. does well in part shade. great for backs of borders.
comes in a 1 litre pot, appearance varies with the time of the year, in winter and early spring these are nothing but roots. in spring through summer they grow, late summer flowering and then they begin to die back for winter, they will regrow again the following spring
All our plants are organic and we pride ourselves in wildlife friendly gardening and sustainable growing.
Our plants also come with plant passports. The are fully traceable, healthy and free from any notifiable pest & diseases.
Upon arrival unpack and water place in a cool semi shady spot to allow to recover from shipping. After a day or two these can be planted out. Dig a hole the size of the pot and fill with water. Sprinkle a handful of slow release food granules into the hole (this is optional but will give the plants an added boost and can be purchased with your order) soak the plant pot and remove the whole plant and its soil in one place directly into the hole back firm and firm in well to ensure their are no air pockets. Water in. Should the weather be hot during planting further watering may be necessary. Otherwise simply enjoy and trim back old flowers head once they have gone over.
