Oxalis come in many forms colours shapes and sizes each adorable in its own way. The majority are perennials some entering dormancy as roots others as tubers others not at all. All are ideal alpines for front of borders pots and containers. Rarely growing to more than 10-15cm.
These oxalis have delicate green leaves and pretty trumpet flowers in the palest of lilac almost white.
They will grow indoors or out. Excellent in full or part shade.
Grows up to 15cm flowers during the summer and is dormant as small bulbs in winter. Can stay year-round indoors. Plants multiply by bulbs these can be split to increase your stock should you wish to do so.
Plants will be shipped in the pot size selected., these do enter dormancy as just bulbs in winter
Upon arrival unpack and water place in a cool semi shady spot to allow to recover from shipping. After a day or two these can be planted out. Dig a hole the size of the pot and fill with water. Sprinkle a handful of slow-release food granules into the hole (this is optional but will give the plants an added boost and can be purchased with your order) soak the plant pot and remove the whole plant and its soil in one place directly into the hole back firm and firm in well to ensure there are no air pockets. Water in. Should the weather be hot during planting further watering may be necessary. Otherwise simply enjoy and trim back old flowers head once they have gone over.
